No. You need to complete Rider onboarding and receive approval before going online for delivery work.
Why does the app need my location?
A recent, accurate location helps match eligible online riders with collections. Enable location access while online and follow the app’s permission guidance.
Will I get an offer every time I go online?
Offers depend on delivery demand and your eligibility, including your marketplace, recent location, capacity and current assignments. Going online does not guarantee work or earnings.
Do I have to accept every delivery offer?
You can review a pending offer and accept or decline it in the Rider app. Offers expire, so check the details before deciding.
How do payouts work?
The app shows your earnings and payout progress. Complete the required payout-provider setup before requesting an eligible payout; available amounts and timing follow the applicable payout policy.
Where can I ride, and what do I need?
Choose an available marketplace during onboarding. The application guides you through the information and documents required for your rider profile. Availability and requirements depend on your marketplace.
What if I need help during a delivery?
Use Help & support in the Rider app to raise an issue with the AMS team. Follow the route’s guidance if collection or delivery cannot be completed.
