You’ll find African groceries, ready-made meals, everyday essentials and more from independent vendors. What’s available depends on the vendors in your marketplace.
How do pickup and delivery work?
You choose from the fulfilment options available for your items in the app. Review the pickup or delivery details and any fees before paying, then follow your order’s updates in the app.
How do I find products available to me?
Choose your marketplace in the Customer app to explore its available vendors and products. For delivery, use an address covered by that marketplace.
How can my business join?
Sign up through the Vendor portal, complete your business onboarding and submit your application for review. Your business must be approved before you can start selling.
How can I join as a rider?
Sign up in the AMS Rider app, complete your Rider application and submit it for approval. Once approved, you can go online and receive delivery offers.
Where can I get help with an order?
Open Help & Support in the Customer app. You can start a support conversation and share the details of the order you need help with.
Can I shop on this website?
Shopping happens in the AMS Customer app, not on this website. Use the app to explore vendors, choose your favourites and place your order.
