How to contact supportCustomer help
For an order-specific issue, use support in the Customer app so your case can include the relevant order.
Shopping happens in the Customer app, not on this website. The website explains AMS and provides public download links when the app is available.
Use the verification email sent after registration, or request another from the verification screen. For a forgotten password, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. Check your spam folder and use the most recent email. Never share the verification or reset link.
Sign in to the Customer app and open Account → Orders. Open an order to see its current status and available actions.
Choose the available fulfilment option for your items in the cart. Delivery requires an address covered by the selected marketplace. Review your items, fulfilment details and quote before paying.
Check the checkout or order status and follow the app’s next step. A payment may still be processing; do not start another payment just because confirmation is delayed. If the status remains unclear, contact support with the order or checkout reference and the time of the attempt.
Open the relevant handover in the Customer app and use the replacement-code action if available. Use the current code for collection or delivery. If you cannot get a replacement, contact support through the app.
Open the order in the Customer app and use its support option, or go to Account → Help & support. Describe the issue and include relevant photos if the support flow offers attachments. Refunds and cancellations depend on the order and applicable policy; submitting a case does not guarantee approval.
Vendor help
Get started with onboarding, then manage your store through the Vendor portal.
Sign up in the Vendor portal, complete your business onboarding and submit your application for review. Your business must be approved before you can start selling. Contact support if you need help with your application.
No. Vendor onboarding must be completed and reviewed before your business is approved to sell. Follow the information and document requests in your application.
Approved vendors manage their catalogue, variants and inventory through the Vendor portal. Check the product’s current status and inventory settings before adding it to a market session.
Scheduling sets the planned times. You still need to open the session manually through the Vendor portal when you are ready to take orders.
Use the order’s available preparation and ready-for-handover actions in the Vendor portal. Follow the displayed handover flow for the selected pickup or delivery mode.
Open Support in the Vendor portal. For payout issues, check Finance and the payout-provider setup status first, then include the relevant payout or order reference in your case.
Rider help
Use the Rider app for your application, delivery tasks and earnings.
No. Complete your Rider application and wait for approval before going online for delivery work. Your application status is shown in the Rider app.
Check your approval status, marketplace, location permission and online availability. Offers also depend on demand, recent location, capacity and existing assignments. Going online does not guarantee an offer.
Review the pending offer in the Rider app and accept or decline before it expires. Once accepted, follow the active route and its next available task.
Follow the options shown for the current stop and contact Help & support in the Rider app. Include the route or stop reference and describe what is preventing completion. Do not confirm a collection or delivery that has not happened.
Ask the customer to request a replacement through their handover screen, then use the current code. Refresh the route if the app asks you to reload changed information. Contact support if confirmation still cannot be completed.
Open Earnings in the Rider app. Complete the required payout-provider setup, then use Request payout when eligible. The amount available and payout timing depend on the applicable policy.
